Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Online account registration is required prior to submission.
- Presentation types: Oral or Poster.
- Multiple abstracts per account are allowed.
- The submitter must be one of the listed authors.
- NSTC or sponsor project numbers must be stated if applicable.
- Official template (.docx / .odt, max 4 MB) is mandatory.
- Abstracts may be revised before the submission deadline.
- Registration & payment are required before presentation.
- Final presentation type may be adjusted by the committee.
