Registration Requirement for All Speakers

Every presenter — including kenote speakers, invited speakers, oral presenters, and poster presenters — must complete conference registration and pay the applicable registration fee before the submission deadline. Failure to register may result in removal of the abstract from the program. For registration details, please visit the Submission & Registration page.

Conference Language

English — Official Conference Language

The official language of ICABCCI 2026 is English. All presentations, poster displays, session discussions, and official communications — including the abstract book, proceedings, and on-site signage — will be conducted and produced exclusively in English. Speakers are kindly requested to prepare all slides, handouts, and poster materials in English to ensure full accessibility for the international audience.

Presentation Types & Guidelines

Kenote Lecture

Kenote speakers will deliver a comprehensive keynote address to all conference attendees in the main conference hall. The session is designed for in-depth scientific discourse at the highest level.

Invited Lecture

Invited speakers will present focused research in designated parallel sessions. These lectures are by personal invitation from the Scientific Committee and session organizers.

Contributed Oral Presentation

Contributed papers are selected by the Scientific Committee from submitted abstracts. Accepted oral presenters will be scheduled in parallel concurrent sessions.

Poster Presentation

Posters selected by the Scientific Committee will be displayed during dedicated poster sessions. Interactive discussion with attendees is strongly encouraged during poster hours.

Contributed Papers — Selection Process

Contributed papers will be selected from the abstracts received by the Scientific Committee. Together with the session organizers, this committee will decide on the presentation form — either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.

Authors will be notified of the assigned presentation type following the abstract review process. Both forms carry equal scientific standing within the conference proceedings.

✅ Abstract Submission: Authors must submit an abstract through the official submission portal before the stated deadline.
🔬 Scientific Review: All abstracts are peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee in collaboration with session organizers.
📨 Notification: Authors will receive acceptance notifications with their assigned presentation type (oral or poster) by the decision date.
🗓 Scheduling: Accepted oral presentations will be assigned to parallel sessions; the full schedule will be published in the final program.

Poster Specifications & Setup

W: 90 cm × H: 120 cm

📐 Dimensions: Posters must be prepared at 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height) — portrait orientation only. Posters exceeding these dimensions cannot be accommodated on the display boards.
🖨 Printing: Presenters are responsible for printing their own poster. Printing facilities may be available on-site at the presenter's own cost (details will be confirmed closer to the conference date).
📋 Content: Posters should clearly present the title, author names, affiliations, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions. A clear font size of at least 24pt for body text is recommended to ensure readability at a distance.
📌 Mounting: Mounting materials (pins / adhesive) will be provided at the poster registration desk. Please check in at least 1 hour before your poster session begins to mount your poster.
🕐 Display Period: Posters should remain on display for the full duration of the assigned poster session. Presenters must be present at their poster during the designated viewing hours.
🗑 Removal: Posters not collected by the end of the final poster session will be removed and may be disposed of by conference staff.

Best Poster Award

Best Poster Recognition at ICABCCI 2026

To emphasize the importance of interactive and high-quality poster presentations, Best Poster Awards will be selected by the judging panel and presented during the Closing Ceremony of ICABCCI 2026. Evaluation criteria include scientific content, clarity of presentation, visual design, and the quality of the presenter's discussion with attendees during the poster session.

All registered poster presenters are automatically eligible for consideration. Winners will be announced and recognized at the award ceremony on the final day of the conference.

General Technical Guidelines for Oral Presentations

All oral presenters (kenote, invited, and contributed) are required to submit their presentation files in advance. Detailed submission instructions will be provided in the speaker confirmation email.

💻 File Format: Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format. Apple Keynote files should be exported to PDF prior to submission.
📺 Aspect Ratio: Please use 16:9 widescreen format for all slide decks to match the projection screens in all session halls.
🎬 Embedded Media: If your presentation includes videos or audio, please ensure all media files are embedded and test your slides on the session hall computer at least 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation time.
📂 File Upload: Presenters are requested to upload their files to the AV desk or conference computer at least 30 minutes before the session begins. Please name your file: LastName_FirstName_ICABCCI2026.pptx
⏰ Time Management: Session chairs will strictly manage presentation time to keep the program on schedule. A warning signal will be given at 2 minutes before the end of the allotted time.
🎙 Microphone: Lapel or handheld microphones will be provided in all session halls. Please speak clearly and at a moderate pace for the benefit of non-native English speakers in the audience.
