All authors must first register for a free online account on the ICABCCI 2026 submission system. One account may be used to submit multiple abstracts. The account holder must be listed as one of the authors on each submitted abstract.
- Provide a valid email address — it will be used for all correspondence.
- A verification email will be sent upon registration.
- Keep your login credentials secure for future access.
After creating your account, log in and navigate to My Profile to complete your personal and institutional information. Accurate profile data ensures that your name, affiliation, and country appear correctly on your acceptance letter and conference badge.
- Full name (as it should appear on your certificate and badge)
- Institution / affiliation and country
- Presenter category: Faculty / Industry / Student
- Contact phone number and postal address (required for receipt)
- NSTC or other funding project numbers, if applicable
All abstracts must be prepared using the official ICABCCI 2026 abstract template. Submissions that do not follow the template format will be returned to the author for revision.
- File format: .docx (Microsoft Word) only — PDF and all other formats are not accepted.
- Maximum file size: 4 MB.
- Abstract length: 250–400 words (excluding title and authors).
- Include title, all author names, affiliations, and keywords.
- NSTC / sponsor grant numbers must be stated in the acknowledgements if applicable.
- Figures and tables may be included within the template layout.
- Do not alter the template margins, fonts, or page size.
Once you have prepared your abstract using the official template, log in to your account and proceed to the abstract submission portal.
- Select your preferred presentation type: Oral or Poster.
- Select the appropriate conference topic (AG, BM, BT, MD, EN, or OT).
- Upload your completed abstract (.docx file only).
- Multiple abstracts may be submitted under the same account.
- Submitted abstracts may be revised and re-uploaded before the submission deadline.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon successful submission.
After submitting your abstract, you must complete your registration payment to confirm your presentation slot. Payment must be received no later than May 30, 2026.
To qualify for the early-bird rate, payment must be received on or before May 15, 2026. Full bank transfer details — including account number, currency options, and transfer instructions — are available after you log in. Please visit the Payment page from your account dashboard to view the complete payment information and submit your transfer confirmation.
After your bank transfer has been verified by the conference secretariat, an official receipt will be issued within 5 working days of payment confirmation. The receipt type depends on your payment currency:
International Payment (USD)
An official receipt in English will be issued for payments made in USD via international wire transfer. The receipt will be delivered as a PDF to your registered email address and will include the amount paid, payment date, and conference registration details.
Taiwan Payment (NTD)
An official receipt in Traditional Chinese (中文收據) will be issued for payments made in NTD via domestic bank transfer. The receipt will comply with Taiwan tax regulations and will be emailed as a PDF to your registered address.
Once the organising committee has reviewed and approved your abstract, an official acceptance letter will be made available through the submission system and sent to your registered email address.
- The letter will confirm your final presentation type (Oral or Poster).
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by May 10, 2026.
- The acceptance letter may be downloaded as a PDF for visa application purposes.
- If you require a formal invitation letter for visa purposes, please contact the secretariat.
