Please register your pick-up via the conference registration system or contact the ICABCCI secretariat at /applebus/index.php with your flight number, arrival time, number of passengers, and hotel name.

⚠️ Important: Group bookings (NT$4,000~4,500 / vehicle) accommodate up to 7 passengers in one Mercedes-Benz van — we encourage participants travelling on the same flight or from the same institution to coordinate and share a vehicle for the best value. Payment is collected upon boarding. Prices are inclusive of highway tolls and driver fees. The service covers the full route from TPE Airport → Chiayi City hotels only (return service from Chiayi to TPE may be arranged upon request).

TPE Airport → Taoyuan HSR Station (A18)

    From Terminal 1 (A12) or Terminal 2 (A13), follow the purple signage to the Airport MRT platform. Board the Commuter (local) train towards Zhongli and ride to A18 – Taoyuan HSR Station.

  • Take the Express MRT to Taipei Main Station (A1) in ~35 min (NT$160), then board HSR southbound from Taipei to Chiayi (~90 min, NT$1,080–1,390).
  • Useful if you have a hotel stay in Taipei first, but adds overall travel time.

Chiayi HSR Station → Chiayi City Center
